Drawing from years of work in mental health counseling and trauma-related environments, Michael founded The Safe Report Foundation to help create trusted pathways for concerns to surface before situations escalate.
His background includes counseling work with juvenile sex offenders — direct, firsthand exposure to how often serious harm is preceded by warning signs that go unreported. Not because no one noticed, but because no one had a safe, trusted way to speak up.
That experience shaped a simple belief: many preventable tragedies are preceded by signs that fail to surface through systems people trust enough to use. The Safe Report Foundation exists to build and support those systems — anchored in early intervention, accountability, and protecting the people most at risk.
Today, that work continues through the board, the platform, and every community The Safe Report reaches.
