Governance

How We Operate

Independent Oversight

Our board operates independently to ensure accountability to donors, communities, and the mission — not to any individual or private interest.

Financial Transparency

We publish annual reports and will file 990s publicly now that our 501(c)(3) status has been approved, so every stakeholder can verify how funds are used.

Mission Alignment

Every board decision is evaluated against our core mission: protecting vulnerable individuals through trusted reporting pathways, early intervention, and community awareness.

Board Responsibilities

The Board of Directors provides strategic oversight, governance, financial accountability, and guidance to ensure the Foundation remains focused on its mission and public benefit responsibilities.

Invest in Trustworthy Leadership

Donors and grantmakers can be confident that contributions are managed responsibly and overseen by a board committed to transparency, accountability, and sound nonprofit governance.
