The Safe Report Foundation has been approved by the IRS as a tax-exempt 501(c)(3) organization. Donations to the Foundation are now fully tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law, and all required filings will be made public on this page as they are completed.

The Safe Report Foundation is governed by an independent Board of Directors committed to financial transparency, accountability, and strict mission alignment. The Board provides strategic oversight and guidance to ensure all activities remain focused on the Foundation's mission and public benefit responsibilities, with annual reports and 990 filings to be published publicly now that our 501(c)(3) status has been approved.
